We are a trio of siblings - Dewayne, Steven, and Tania, born and raised in the quaint college town of South Bend, Indiana. While South Bend might not ring a bell for many, it's home to the renowned University of Notre Dame, a landmark most people are familiar with. Initially, we contemplated becoming AirBNB hosts in Indiana, specifically near the University of Notre Dame. However, we realized that this would restrict our guests' experiences to the football season, and we wanted to offer a memorable stay throughout the year. After experiencing the AirBNB environment firsthand and staying in a few ourselves, we decided that relocating to a warmer climate would be more advantageous for both us and our guests. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide a home away from home. 

Our parents instilled in us strong spiritual and moral values, which we strive to uphold as adults. You might be curious about the origin of our business name, BuddieSue Properties. Growing up, we were a tightly-knit family and we continue to maintain that bond. Although most of our family members aren't physically involved in the business, we wanted them to feel a part of it. Hence, we named our business BuddieSue Properties, a combination of our father's name, Buddy, and our beloved sister, Rhonda Sue. This name holds a personal significance for us.
